CheatBaron is seeking multiple talented and creative content creators to produce engaging content on YouTube and TikTok. As a content creator, you will help develop and execute strategies that drive engagement and views. We offer competitive compensation packages, including up to 15€ for every 1,000 views on YouTube (rates differ for TikTok). If you are passionate about social media, video production, and compelling storytelling, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Create engaging, creative content for YouTube and/or TikTok.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow views and audience engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and refine content based on what resonates.
- Collaborate with the team on campaigns, messaging, and release timing.
What you'll need
- Solid video editing skills and comfort with modern editing tools.
- Strong communication and reliability when coordinating with staff.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube and TikTok as a creator or editor.
- Up-to-date awareness of trends, formats, and platform best practices.

What you'll do

- Escalate urgent incidents and keep concise internal notes for follow-up.
- Help moderate community channels with calm, professional communication.

- Availability for scheduled coverage windows (EU/US-friendly rotations).
- Basic technical troubleshooting mindset (logs, reproducible steps, configs).
- Respect for privacy and strict handling of user/account data.
